- Nom Se Sory is one of Cambodian dessert. The texture is soft and chewy or sometime it's mushy depends on people's favorite. The outer part is cover by coconut cream and the filling made from shredded coconut and sesame seeds. It's really yummy.
Ingredients:
* Dough
2 cup [290g] Glutinous rice flour
1 cup [250ml] Water
10 Pandan leaves
* Fillings
9 Ounce [250g] Shredded coconut
1 1/2Tbsp White sesame seeds
1 1/2Tbsp Black sesame seeds
1/4cup [60ml] Water
2.5 Ounce [60-70g] Palm sugar
1/4tsp Salt
* Coconut cream
6Tbsp [60g] Rice flour
2 1/2 cup [620ml] Coconut milk
1/2tsp Salt
5Tbsp Sugar
