    Hey! I could be mistaken, but I believe you put the crevice tool into the "wand". Maybe that's why you're getting that "air leak" sound. Appreciate the demo. The whole point of a "quick vac", btw, is to have something light & easy to use! Hence, the small size. Wouldn't especially expect a guy to know that, though! 🤭

    You really need to read your instructions before complaining about this vacuum. Really GREAT vacuum. I use it in my daycare. You open the BOTTOM of the canister to empty the trash OVER A TRASH CAN and the flap on the broom should b pushed down for carpet so the bristles will retract. You gave this great vacuum a bad rap. Next time, take time and read b4 using and it does NOT leak air unless assembled wrong. I don't have any affiliation with Eureka, but love this vac and u gave an unfair review.

    • @DillonCleans
      @DillonCleans  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am so genuinely confused why y’all think I don’t know how to use the bin. I very clearly demonstrated me opening it from the bottom and said that it’s also good that I can open it from the top. So I don’t know where you’re getting the idea that I don’t know how to use it. No. Clearly YOU need to read the instructions. I don’t know why you’re telling me how to use the cleaner head. I know what I’m doing. I explained it in the video what the instruction says. I tried our different ways to use the machine to see what the best use may be on their carpet. As for the cleaner head leaking air. You said I didn’t assemble it right. But I want you to realize that I didn’t assemble the cleaner head. There is white literally nothing to assemble. It’s leaking at the joints of the cleaner head. So I don’t know what you’re on about. I think it’s strange that you come on here thinking that you’re 100% right and the person who specializes in this is 100% wrong. I don’t know if you’ve noticed. But my channel is dedicated to vacuum cleaners. I’ve done this 13 years. I know what I’m doing. I have ZERO affiliation with eureka and I never will. Eureka is a bad vacuum cleaner company. End of story. Ask any vacuum expert that. They made good vacuum sin the 90s and 2000s. But that was 20-30 years ago. The company just makes awful products. If you like the vacuum. Congratulations. Good for you. But I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this vacuum is any circumstance. I made a recent video on my channel. PLEASE go watch it. It’s the eureka whirlwind vs Shark vertex. Let’s do if your
      Claims that this thing is a great vacuum is true. You also mentioned that you use this at a daycare. That’s very unsafe. This is a non HEPA filter and sealed system machine. What we you’re vacuuming up is being throw back into the air and surfaces that you and the children breathe and touch. So the next time you go to correct someone. YOU go watch the full video. YOU need to know what you’re talking about. YOU need to not come across and extremely rude. Because however you leave a comment. I’m going to leave a reply matching your energy. Please go do some actual research in vacuums. And figure out what you’re doing. Instead of making fun of people on the internet then give yourself a bad reputation in the comments. And stop using that vacuum around children. You can make them extremely sick. Have a nice day Brenda.

    OK,Dillon…I appreciate your reviewing of products, but I believe that a review of the manual would help and a consideration of who is going to use this vacuum. We have a 2 story house and have a Dyson, a Bissell, etc- all rated for pet hair. My husband has a Eureka Rally 2 from his apartment days and may I say- that vacuums better than Any of the others! Since I can’t find a new Eureka Rally 2- I am looking at the whirlwind and mighty mite. Why?…because they are all light, make a quick vacuum easy and are cheap. The Rally 2 has been through wet rugs ( don’t ask!), kitty litter, car sand and dirt and just keeps plugging away! So- a suggestion for your reviews is to show product, read manual and try not to be as snarky as you are sounding. There is a niche for these cheaper vacuums- and people don’t want to be made to feel that they are inferior because they buy this vacuum.

    • @DillonCleans
      @DillonCleans  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. I base all of my opinions on what I’ve Personally seen. I’ve been a vacuum collector and technician for 10 years. A lot more goes into a vacuum other than suction. Other factors are airflow, filtration, build quality, and safety. This vacuum has awful filtration. The dirt you suck up gets dispersed throughout the air you breathe and can be a very serious problem if you have breathing issues such as asthma. This vacuum also doesn’t clean very well at all. I’ve compared it to other machine son my channel if you are interested in seeing that. It’s also built very poorly. Eureka isn’t the company it once was and just throws out “garbage” onto the market today. This vacuum is also more expensive than something like a bissell Powerforce helix. And while that’s not a good vacuum either, it’s a lot better than this eureka and cheaper. There certainly is a niche for cheaper vacuums, but there are some vacuums that simply make no sense and have too much competition that’s way better to be considered an option. If you love this vacuum by all means continue to use it. But this vacuum has serious issues that simply make it one of the worst vacuums in the market. I apologize if you found me to be disrespectful in the video or in my comments but I speak the truth when it comes to topics I’m passionate about. Such as this.

    Well I don't know what you were expecting but if for a very inexpensive vacuum like this I think it works great. Yes it is mostly made of plastic and you went on and on and on about how cheaply it's made however for me the important part is how does it work does it clean my carpet and the answer is yes I have an apartment with a few rooms and I am amazed at how easily this thing picks up dirt and it assembles quickly and my favorite little thing about it is that the cord rewinds automatically when you push the button and I hate winding the cord after I use a vacuum so maybe you're expecting Platinum accessories or something but I paid very little for this vacuum so I guess my expectations were much lower but it exceeded my expectations it picked up everything on the floor it rolled smoothly and I honestly don't have any complaints so for people who are looking at your review and basing your review as the reason they're not buying this product I think they should look at a few other reviews before they make up their minds.

    • @DillonCleans
      @DillonCleans  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is the worst vacuum I’ve ever experienced in my life. The cyclone is extremely ineffective. I’m actually about to upload a video I filmed with it today. It does not deep clean carpet at all. A bissell power force helix would clean carpets 100x better than this does. I wasn’t looking for anything premium. But then this thing is $80 and the bissell is under $50 and the bissell exceeds this thing I’m every single way. And it has decent accessories. Yes, this is garbage. If you like it. That’s fine. But just know that in an average home. This will be the last vacuum you want.

      @@sadie4me2 well keep in mind I see vacuums front a different point of view. I see it from a manufacturing pov, Safety pov, as well as a cleaning pov. This vacuum doesn’t rlly hit the nail in the head with any of those. This vacuum may work well for you. And that’s great. But it very cheaply made. Even the cheapest of vacuums can have some sort of build quality. not this vacuum however. Eureka has been on a spiraling downfall for over a decade. They know they are on their way out. So they are cutting costs everywhere just to make a few extra bucks. This machine doesn’t clean carpets well. Any sort of carpets. Even the slowest of piles. Hardfloor is fine, however if you have hardwood it has a chance of scratching because of the floor head design. The cyclone is extremely inefficient. So although it may be easy to clean, you will need to clean that filter very often including the cyclone itself. And the more that filter gets dirty, the more dirt that will eventually get to the motoro and it will burn itself up. This vacuum is also terrible for your lungs. Not only does it have an inefficient cyclone, there’s no sealed system, let alone a HEPA filter. All that stuff you suck up will be dispersed throughout the air that you’re breathing in as well as any animals in the house. So if this vacuum works well for you, that’s lovely. But the hard truth is, this is not a good vacuum, and at this price point, I expect a little bit more, considering there are better vacuums at about half the price.

    Let me get this straight you're trying to make a review on this product. Somebody gets you the product you didn't pay for it. And then you're very rough with the product to begin with beating it up and making all these rude comments about it. Some of us like myself I'm very excited about buying this product I'm excited that it's also not that expensive so it would still do the same job as the very expensive vacuums. I don't think you're the proper person for making reviews on products. I think the way that you go about it is completely wrong.

      I want you to realize that I’m not just the avarabe person. I’m someone who has done this for years. Yes, somebody else bought it for me. It doesn’t change my opinion about this product. I was not being g roughy with it. I was using it like a vacuum. I was going growing it or jabbing it into things. I can make whatever comments I want about a product. It my opinion. If you like this product, great. But this is the worst vacuum I have ever tested in my decade of doing this. If you are on a really tight budget, I would go with the shark navigator or the Bissell power for me helix. Although the helix is also really bad, it’s a whole lot better than this. This does not perform as good as the expensive vacuums. I have proven this is al my other videos about this machine. The filtration is horrible. The cleaning is horrible. The build quality is horrible. And the r design is horrible. I am exactly the proper person to be testing this. I’m not just a stay at home parent that says everything is good. I say the truth. Why would I say something is good when it’s not? It’s a bad machine. If you own this machine, I highly recommend donating or throwing it away and getting those other machines I stated. But if you’re happy with this vacuum, then fine. That’s great. But from my professional opinion and decade of doing this, I know what’s right. I am usually kind, but if you want to take time out of your day just to tell someone what they are capable of and spread False information, then I will take time out of my day to respond to that. If you don’t like when someone does, ignore it. Plain and simple. So if you would like to ask my further questions or ask for more vacuum suggestions, please feel free to ask.

    Dillon, I bought one of those vacuums and I am very satisfied with it because the stiff brush you mentioned, scrubs off better any stuck dirt on any surface. plus it has more power than other more expensive of the same type. I love it. My problem is that my grandson used it a lot and he has a chihuahua that sheds a lot and always stinks even after bathing him. so they moved out and despite me always telling him to empty it after each use he never did, and been with that dirty stinky hair in it for months. No one can stand the terrible odor not even for a second. So, I took everything apart. filter, canister, hose Etc. every single piece and washed it perfectly, so no more smell.
