- Klosters is a wonderful winter sports resort village in Switzerland. Klosters is close to Davos and lies at the end of the Prättigau valley on 1180m above sea level.
The village is now well known for the wonderful ski slopes beautiful and cross-country ski trails in the surrounding area.
Klosters is also known worldwide as a holiday resort thanks to its illustrious guests from the British royal family. Besides Prince Charles, Paul Newman, Gregory Peck, Yul Brynner, Greta Garbo and Gene Kelly have also visited this beautiful resort in the Swiss Alps.
