Hi, i am Martin. On my channel Swiss Sights i show you the most beautiful places in Switzerland. As a navie Swiss, I know many wonderful sights of this country from repeated trips. Grimselpass Switzerland 4K Drive Meiringen to Oberwald
The Grimselpass connects the Haslital in the canton of Bern with the Goms in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. The extraordinary 4K pass journey over the pass road over the Grimsel Pass starts in Meiringen and ends in Oberwald. The pass, which rises to 2163 metres above sea level, was already in use in Roman times. Today, the well-maintained road offers a spectacular drive with wonderful views of the Swiss mountains and, on the south side, the Furka Pass.

Yeahhh Meiringen! I was there! I still remember my walking tour from railway main station and then to Migros, buying my favorite schoggi then to Museum Sherlock Holmes 😊 My hotel is in the road as well! Hoi Dina! Klosters is a famous place in Graubünden. The British royal family used to go skiing there time and time again, and Flim stars have also been spotted there in the past 😉 Klosters is close to the better known Davos village. This area is still German-speaking, but Romansch is spoken not far away 😃 We had a lot of snow on Thursday and traffic collapsed in many places.
