Great video. Thanks for posting. Anybody that can film this and take those fans out is a awesome. On my 2008 the driver side had to come out first then the passenger side. The driver side had no bolts on the bottom as the fan just slid into a holder. The passenger side fan had two bolts on the bottom that were hard to get to 10MM but they were aliso philips head as well. You only have to loosen the bolts on the passenger side bottom but don't back them out all the way out. Everything else was similar to the video.
Thank you for the positive feedback. Yes newer models past 2006 look exactly like for Honda Pilot. You only remove one side with two 10mm bolts. I have a video of that too on the channel. You can have a look at it too.
You are not showing how to replace the fan shroud assembly’s. Your only showing how to remove them. And wrestle with them and at all costs force them out. Not a good video . Change your subject to removal only
Thank you so much for pointing that out. Already made the necessary changes. Sorry about the video quality. I am working on that. And 🙏 thank you for taking your time to watch the video.
No you don't need to drain all the coolant. You will lose just a small bit from the hose above the radiator. And if you are good at it, You may not lose any coolant at all.
@@all-about-cars-basics I just removed the top hose from the radiator. I managed to get the driver side fan assembly out but it was a pita and it's gonna be a pain to put it back in. Is there an easier method without removing so many parts?
@@brucevanguard6313 Wow! Good work so far👍. Unfortunately, you will have to remove a lot of parts to get it out and put it in. The engineers never thought of putting an easier way out.

Great Job, using one hand to share your knowledge to everyone who need this.
Thank you. I am glad it is of help.
So I gotta do all this to just remove the passenger side fan??? Or can I get it out like that
There is no enough space to take it out by itself. You have to remove the other fan first. It's really annoying.
@@all-about-cars-basics thanks for reply. I’m doing it on Monday myself. Gon take a while but with this video should be very simple
@@gloryboy6832 All the best, let me know how it goes.
Like how he says grip vice
😂😂 Grip pliers

@@all-about-cars-basics also after installing everything can I just top off the coolant or do I need to bleed it?

@@brucevanguard6313 Just top off. You will be fine. I hope you did not lose alot of coolant.
