How in any way is a joke besides mark ups? Like a 3.6l twin turbo v6 that can easily push 900 and a 6.2l supercharged v8 in the ct5-v blackwing, also the Escalade V absolutely is one of the best suvs ever made
I mean there are different components between the premium trim and the V trim. The premium is going to be soft riding while the V can range anywhere from slightly soft to firm. The V gets more aggressive tires, better brakes, stiffer roll bars, and a better sounding exhaust. Does it warrant the premium price, I'd say so. One of the key features to buying the V model is that it's going to be one of the best handling sedans on a road course. The hp was never really the intention of V. The track capabilities were it's main focus. They made it more accessible to more buyers. It's the same thing with what MB is doing to AMG, BMW is doing to the M, and Audi to the RS.

I had 375000 on my SRX and it was still going strong when I traded in for a cts v sport. Now I have the CT6. Looking to get the 2025 CT5 V.
