I know I am so grateful for my dorm! I also have no idea what it is to have to go to a communal bathroom, but most of my friends did and I know all about it 🥴

i don’t even start college/move in for like 8 1/2 months but i’m so excited but nervous i have been trying to emotional prep myself by watching videos. cause i’m moving from cali -indiana where i only know my bf who isn’t even go to my uni

How is your old room so clean?! No deco up, no evidence of being teen, nothing...wow. I wish I wasn't a hoarder when I was a high-school. I had pompoms, tons of pictures, etc. up.
I moved there recently, so I didn’t have time to decorate :(

Was the first few nights sleeping in the dorm and away from home hard? I'll be moving 3.5 hrs away from my home to my dorm in August and I'm so worried about being homesick.
Good luck! Maybe in holidays you can visit your family, or your family can come to you/ you can meet up somewhere close to your school?
