@@yengvang8737 miller chris Harris wolfe and champ werent healthy i mean champ played in the SB but he wasnt healthy CH jr Von miller and wolfe all were out and didnt play if they wouldve played in that game maybe we couldve had a chance but the game was over when that snap went over peytons head and maybe if Champ was healthy as well
@@kookiemonster3126 It still would of been the same results honestly. The broncos offense couldnt handle that seattle defense it was just to much for them to handle. Von miller, Chris harris jr, and wolfe. Are all defensive players non of them are responsible for stopping that defense. Seattles defense is what won them that superbowl not the other way around. The defense scored more then the offense did that say alot.
If the Super Bowl went like this, it would've gone down as one of the best. That being said, this was still a damn good game. Early to mid 2010s NFL felt like a whole different era. So many good teams and classic games.
For a lifetime Seahawks fan, who literally was born and raised watching the organization due the same, Super Bowl 48 WAS the best. It's all a matter of opinion anyways. I mean, I believe that the Beast Quake was as dazzling as any run Walter Payton did (and was one "lil baby stiff arm" better), but I'm sure there are those who would disagree (and of course, some just for the sake of disagreeing, lol).
Brady took care of the legion of boom for Manning. Showed him how its done 💯

@@bagoboy2446 No, I actually liked Lance Armstrong and what he stood for. Also thought what "they" did to him was wrong, however it did show me that no matter how high a Hero is up on a pedestal that "they" will do anything to knock them down and tarnish them into a footnote. Pretty bad for someone who's usually a fairly strong optimist, huh?

Crazy how Thomas, T Jackson and Hillman are no longer with us from this game. RIP. I cant believe this was 9 years ago. Remember watching just like yesterday. As a Seahawk fan, I thought this season was the beginning of something really special. I was thinking to myself, Wilson is going to 2 super bowls in his first 3 years? We will be a dynasty. The seasons after were still good, but obviously no more super bowls. Crazy how life works. Don't take anything for granted. This could have been something special. Feel like that int against NE ruined it all. Trust was lost
That int with NE brought a dark shadow over seattle that really never left tbh. It felt like it affected so much more than the seahawks, the whole city never got over it
The "Bad Call on the 1" did to Wilson what "The Tip" did to Kaepernick the year before. Neither QB was really Championship relevant again after their turning point.
Truthfully, as a Day One fan, the true detriment of that pass was it led Marshawn Lynch to hang it up (at least temporarily). In my opinion HE was the heart of the team, and I'm still his fan to this day, following what he does. His smash-mouth running caused Wilson to get that breathing room he needed to get those long accurate passes. No doubt Wilson can throw, but even as a fan I noticed in his last couple years with the Hawks, he was paying more attention to other things rather than his main job. I commented this several time to him on his channel, which I abandoned even before he was traded to Denver specifically for that reason.
Super hopeful for this season though. We'll see if we're "Grubbin' at Geno's" once our reg season starts on the 8th.

Amazing how The Broncos & Seahawks switched personalities a year later. The Seahawks became more of an offensive team & The Broncos rode a Seahawks formula of running and defense to The Super Bowl.

@@vpattt1619 No 2015 was Peyton’s last season. He was really compromised physically. Broncos basically relied on their defense & did the field position game for most of that season. Von Miller & DeMarcus Ware were amazing

As a packers fan 2014 is a hard season to comprehend because we had the Seahawks beat with the last great wide receiver core rodgers had and eddy lacy when he was a beast and had Julius peppers and clay mathews sack duo being the best defense rodgers had besides 2010 super bowl

That year was just a heartbreak curse getting passed around in the NFC. Flags fucked the lions against Dallas. The Dez no catch, the comeback and overtime win over the packers, and of course the last superbowl my Seahawks played :(
You can see Denver’s D have some 2015 flashes but it was just a bit too early for them.
Notice at 7:14 you see the Seahawks run a similar concept to the play that ended in the Butler int. Patriots knew it was coming and defended it perfectly.

You could see he was in physical decline though. His footwork and overall reflexes were lesser than 2012 and 2013.
To be honest whole heartedly, I think the 2012 Broncos were the best all around, and most well rounded team that he ever played for. Better than the 2005 and 2007 Colts by far. All 4 of Peyton's Broncos Teams were better than his Colt's Teams.

Tom Brady was my favorite QB by far but Manning was my close second watching that Super Bowl was a huge bummer I thought he was done for after that truly but he stayed another two years and went out 2-2 in the Super Bowl at least and still had two hall of fame careers if you split it into first 9 and last 9

2. Seattle gets to the goal line, uses Marshawn to run, and DOESN'T make it??? Wonder if this played into, you know, *THE play call* of XLIX.

This is why injuries make a difference. Denver didn't have Von, Chris Harris, Derek Wolfe and their starting LT Ryan Clady in the SB. All these players made an impact in this game. Would've made a more entertaining game, but still believe Seattle would've won
