Hey Travis and suzi, I believe I have a new artist for you guys and I hope you love them as much as I do. One ok rock (pronounced one o'clock) is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005 which consist of 4 members (Taka- singer, toru- lead guitar, ryota- bass, tomoya- drums). This version of 'we are' is live on their Ambitions tour at Tokyo dome & I thought it would be a great introduction to them and to Taka's amazing vocals. Enjoy

The ONE OK ROCK song that everyone should start their journey with is "The Beginning", live at Yokohama stadium Mighty Long Fall tour. We Are is certainly great but it's more pop rock than their usual stuff. Taka actually mentioned recently that they weren't going to make anymore pop rock style songs anymore and that the newer stuff will be more like their older stuff.

"One O'clock" is what they're called in Japanese and is technically the proper pronunciation of the band name, but if you're speaking English, just say "One Okay Rock." The band does it too.
Check out "Mighty Long Fall" at 35xxxv Japan Tour or "The Beginning" at Eye of the Storm Japan Tour🤘 The band is currently touring in Asia. This past year they've opened for Muse in the US and Europe. They tour extensively worldwide so hopefully you can catch them the next time they're near you.

Believe it or not, that was TAKA when he wasn't feeling well and the concert was delayed. And to answer your question Travis: I have actually been to Tokyo when I visited Japan in 2017, as well as going to Osaka & Kyoto. Japan is a beautiful country, you would love it as much as I did.

Personally I don't think live mixes are good for reactions because they're not the original way the artist intended for the performance to be watched. I would recommend to do either the orchestra version of the song, or the performance from the Jinsei x Kimi = Tour, not the fan made live mix which uses footage from both.

Hey guys! :) I recommend the Hello and Easy on me covers by Taka and Take what you want live (if I remember correctly, it's in 2017 Japan Dome). I've been their fan for about 10 years. They were a big part of my life (I was 14 when I first heard The Beginning from them). :) But whichever song you choose from them, it's a hit, be it live or mv. ;)

I saw then in portland oregon last year and i can say they are epic live. This band is the definition of humble and real. They love what they do and their fans. They will play for sold out stadium and 800 people capacity venues with the same live and intensity. If you get a chance to see them live it will change your world. Looking forward to more OOR. the band says their name pronounced "One Okay Rock" but in japan they pronounce it as "Wan Oku Rokku" one o'clock is only the inspiration of their band name since they practiced in 1 AM when in highschool for cheap studio

they (ONEOKROCK) pronounce ONE O'C ROCK for Japanese fans, and always use ONE OKAY ROCK to introduce themself outside japan
