Question does the iTunes backup is it a full backup of yours files and data and apps and when you restore from an iTunes backup will everything will be there?

Thank you Daniel! Is the procedure any different if you buy a new iPhone 14 directly from Apple with all its preloaded apps? Also, I have an iPhone X. Will I need to physically remove the old SIM card after the data transfer is complete?

Hi, how do I get back to the 'hello" screen again? at the carrier store they opened the phone for me to make sure they connected my line.
How to Get Back to iPhone Setup Screen?
Step 1: Open Settings, tap General and then click Reset.
Step 2: Click Erase All Content and Settings.
Step 3: Enter your Apple ID password or passcode when asked. Confirm you need to erase the device.
Step 4: Wait for the device to finish the erase process.

Do you need SIM card
Do you have to take new iPhone to the carrier to get activated after the transfer?
You typically don't need to visit the carrier's store to activate your new iPhone after transferring. You can:
Swap the SIM card from your old iPhone to the new one, if applicable.
Use eSIM activation through a QR code or the carrier's app.
Activate online or by calling customer support.
Get assistance at an Apple Store if needed.
