26 hectares must be close to 60 acres? Is any of that in vineyards? Chateau is so alive. I want it to be a family home for family, friends and above all, a site for a summer ball, with picnic, late supper, Ball til dawn, and hearty breakfast. Lovely thought. Invite neighbors, friends, family and above all, Stephanie Jarvis and her gang of renown's.

Sis j'avais des dollars je ne visiterez pas le monde mais je visiterez tout les châteaux de France de a jusqu'à z je m'aperçois la richesse de ses château 🏰 et les 🏠 de maître les Parc bon sa va jais visiter le château 🏰 de Versailles et ses jardins a coupé le souffle j'adore l'histoire de France ses roi ses prince ses Princesse les conte les duc jais était aussi au Vatican pour une visite religieux ses splendide
et bien sûr j'ai était en Toscane pour voir les grandes maisons de maître ses fabuleux

ce n'est pas donné... For me this is a 100% commercial building but who wants to buy it and who can make money with it? There are so many historic chateaux in that region. What kind of business is it made for so that it brings up after a 5 million investment? Americans buying in Europe don't spend that kind of money. Chinese market?

does no one appreciate the colour of wood..why must they paint it..makes me want to scream.
Having bare wood is much more a British manor thin and the paneling was probably painted on the orders of the family.
I understand where you are coming from though, bare wood is beautiful.
