Speaking as a Zumba Gold Instructor who has been teaching for over 8 years now...I do not think this is too fast at all. You have to know your class and their limitations. She broke down the steps and is bringing some great energy to motivate them! I love it!!!

Thank you... occasionally I will get people who will complain about the pace but usually everyone is pretty content. If a person has an issue I generally just tell them that they can move at there own pace as long as they're moving. I also show them alternate ways they can modify their movements so they can keep up. Most people are happy with that & do what they can. You will always get those who just refuse to adjust & that's o.k. you can't please everyone.
