The Payoff! Zumba dance with your choreography is easy and fun for me. My goal when I work out with you is to move with the flow, precision, and fluidity that you project. And I can do it well! Well, why not - I've been doing "cross training" very day for 30 to 40 minutes since I was 33, some workouts involving dance, others pilate floor work etc. Now I'm 80 and haven't lost a bit of my power and agility. I enjoy watching your ladies as they exhibit the determination to keep their bodies supple and rhythmic. Bravo ladies!! Thanks Marc!!

I love the regular classes but hips and knees take too much stress from that. It is not that I can not keep the speed, it is merely having to be more careful with my joints.
