Actually... what you can do is use the 6* qck luffy that evolves in psy luffy. His 6+ support makes psy matching for 1 turn. His 6+ won't work as that one doesn't make psy matching. You then take away the locking slot support and hope for good RNG on the last stage and get good matching orbs. You could maybe put a change slot to matching support like vivi on final stage to help you out.
I'm not 100% sure he is required tbh. There are a few ways to get around it. Having the Dex Anniversary Sugo Zoro that boost chain on the final stage will definitely work. Just put that support on law, then move shiryu to Jinbe to remove poison. You can also use Uta's special on stage 3 instead of 4 for a higher burst so you can kill maybe on stage 1. Having a better FC Uta with higher FT socket and level would also help a ton. Mine here was level 99 and FT 1. So a better friend would be A HUGE jump in damage.
You can use pirate festival int brook instead of jinbei and have v1 sanji attached. Not as much damage but you can burst over 2 turns if fc uta has low final tap level. Also, thanks for the team. :)

You definitely need level 3 defense up and level 5 auto heal.
