I went here when I was in Japan 2 months ago and I couldn’t believe how tasty it was and how good of a deal it was. For 4 currys, 3 beers, and a lassi it was like $40. I’d love if there was one near me in America, but I’d probably be going there too often for my own good
This is my favorite restaurant ever. First had it as a student at the University of Hawaii. Now we have one in the Dallas suburbs (Frisco) by my house 💪🏾🤙🏾.
Was the one you had at uh manoa the old one by pucks alley? Lol im born and raised here and used to alway go there during my uni days back around 2008 lol
I was stationed at Yokota Air Base in Japan, next to Fussa ( Tokyo area). I love Coco's i would get chicken cutlet and pork cutlet with level 4. It was perfect!
Coco curry is the worst curry franchise restaurant in Japan. It's like soup curry with a curry roux that tastes like chemicals made in a factory and very little toppings. Japanese people eat much better curry.

Thank you for describing the "type of spice", as a spicy food lover, i seriously appreciate that!
Thanks for watching! I think you'll be able to handle any spice level.

I believe Coco Curry is expanding internationally. So depending on where in America you live, you'd better be ready. 🤤
I love this place. Take me back to Japan
Thanks so much for watching and your comment!
I want to try this restaurant so much! I was curious about it and found this video. Great content. I think I would go for level 5 when I try it.
If you enjoy Japanese curry, then you'll enjoy Coco Curry. Have a great time and enjoy!

That's awesome. Yes, level 4 is a good spice level to feel some heat. Thanks for your watching and your comment!
Nothing hit better than going off base to Cocos with your friends on a Friday after work 😢
@@Luigim_15 Sounds like a fun time!
TDY, Rolling out to Fussa station and grabbing exact order. 4, cutlet. I hope to get back out there TDY again.
味の表現がとても的確で素晴らしいです!うんうん、そうそう!私も食べたことがあるので、共感して拝見しましたー。

The pickled vegetables have a name that I cannot remember.
Yes, the pickled veggies is called Fukujinzuke. Love having those veggies to contrast with the spicy curry.

Is there another curry franchise restaurant in Japan? What other curry franchise restaurant should I check out in my next trip to Japan?
