TQM Travels (Season 5) // Episode 3 - Taiwanese Tea Time
After enjoying a delicious Taiwanese breakfast near our hotel, Lisa and I embark on a half-day tour to Shiding and Pinglin where we get to sea some beautiful vistas amidst the tea fields in the regin. At the end of the tour, we visit a tea shop in Pinglin where we got to taste specialty teas grown in the region. We then return back to Taipei to enjoy some delicious street food at the Linjiang Night Market.

Stinky tofu is my favorite, it smells stinky, but tastes delicious, because it is a fermented food, in addition to rich in protein, vitamin B12, calcium, there are also many plant-based lactic acid bacteria that are beneficial to the stomach.

@@TQM.Travels Yes! The marinated cabbage is a perfect match with the minced garlic sauce. If you are not afraid of chili, you can try adding some to make it more delicious.
