What’s up!!! We are twin brothers from Salt Lake City, Utah that recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee. We started doing social media back in 2016 and have been posting ever since. Hey Boston! Nurse here and to answer your question about going into a hot tub after giving birth it's usually like 6 weeks post birth. However everyone does heal different and really Alysssa's OB doc can give her to the OK to go one when she thinks it's fine to go hot tubing. Congrats on becoming uncles!

Back in 1970 when i had ny first baby , they kept you almost a week. These days you pay more for insurance and only stay one or two days in the hospital
