When u wanna change ur mood from say sorrow/depressed to motivational, start listening to the songs that ur heart/mind wants u to and slowly change the mood of the songs that u listen.. say from too sad/emotional songs to slightly sad ones and some philosophical/positive ones and then slightly motivational and finally some really good motivational songs. Like this ur mood changes gradually with the songs that u pick. If u start listening to motivational songs straight away when u don't actually feel like listening to them, u may get bored soon and ur mood may not change at all. So try this out!
