Aaron is sue happy and will probably take you to court if you put him in public. Sadly, he has nothing better to do than harass people. Great video buddy, that Rolfe is in pristine condition!
Trust me, if the animatronic goes public it won't be until I have his approval (because of how protective he is of the rights to his characters).

@CECSanDiego I've already talked to Jack about some of this a bit, I'm gonna figure out myself how the fees are going to work. It'll be interesting to see how much it costs if that is the case though.

@ARGOSMMD That would defeat the appeal of them, as no longer would they be recognizable and instead this character no one knows. That would be a big waste of effort.
Dude thats insanely cool, rolfe is definitely a big W to have a huge flex even. I hope to owen one of the animateonics someday as well you're really lucky! I hope you find the rest of the cosemtics you need ill be on the lookout for you!!

Y'know before the band began to be retrofitted, in Rolfe and Earl's last show, Rolfe mentioned that they'd be going to Tahoe to become stand-up actors(well, a stand up actor with a dummy lol).

No issue! I was hesitant on buying Beach Bear because there were zero cosmetics it came with. Of course, I know now that resources like CEI Parts exist that that wouldn't have been an issue, but it's whatever, the fact that I found an animatronic in as good of shape as Rolfe here was truly insane. Best of luck with getting all the cosmetics for your Beach Bear! I'd love to see footage of it in the future performing if that ever happens.

This is so cool!! I'm new to the rockafire explosion fandom and since I saw him Rolfe has been my favourite lol. These animatronics are awesome and im really hoping to get one at some point! Cant wait to see Rolfe perform :D

@@ItzaRob from a guy on the retro pizza zone called TheUkRAEFan but he hasn't posted since 2018 as a uk RAE fan it is quite mad considering we went from there only being 2 shows to 4! so there is gullivers kingdom, Blackpool pleasure beach ,pleasure island cleethorpes and flamingo land but still I cannot buy a single RAE character
@@code2519 Gulliver's Kingdom (and the other two with the retrofitted RAE shows) is the only one which still actually has their animatronics. I don't know where you heard about these other animatronics but I'd say they're probably either destroyed or in someone else's hands unfortunately.

Wow. Rolfe is my favorite, it is my dream to get one.
I’m a more underground fan of the rock afire personally, in the sense that I don’t tell people about it, but if I were to choose between having rock afire explosion collectibles, like the plush dolls, figurines, records and the like, or a full fledged animatronic figure, I would definitely choose the former, as I’ve technically been collecting the merchandise for the rock afire, in place of having a personal animatronic, but it’s extremely cool that you have one.

Thats awesome! It would be cool if you get 3 stage chuck cosmetics and you could change back and forth between chuck and rolfe but I know cosmetics are hard to find and expensive but I always thought that would be cool :)

I've thought about finding a Chuck mask and doing that, but of course, if it ever became public he'd have to stay as Rolfe.

I would, but the place is like five minutes away from me so if I did then I'd essentially be exposing my location. It'll have to wait until I can confirm whether or not it actually happens (if it doesn't then I won't disclose it at all).

That won't happen unfortunately, he's always been a Rolfe and getting the Chuck arm I have heard is very difficult, which would be the only way I'd ever do that retrofit.

Yes, that arrived yesterday. I still need performances in order to run him though, all I've done so far is diagnostics.

@@riocin3674 Yeah, this stuff is unfortunately harder to get arranged and more expensive than it seems. I’m happy another public rockafire is opening via Volo though, so hopefully that means we can see more public venues like that in the future with these animatronics.
@@ItzaRob I totally agree, I'm super invested in the preservation of the RAE and I'm super excited about Volo even though it's a bit far for me to see IRL. Even if full shows are few and far between, even just having separate bots like your Dook and Beach Bear duo is awesome considering how old (and probably how hard they are to maintain). I'm just cheering on from the sidelines because I don't know the first thing about robotics, I just love the characters LOL

Of course it's not my own animatronic that I made, but I did buy it so it is my animatronic. What decision do you speak of here? The animatronic going public? Because I've heard Aaron sells public licenses to display his animatronics publicly, so if that's not too expensive for me that's the route I'll be going. If that's not the decision you're talking about, please elaborate.
