Wow, very nice thread milling technique, plunge milling the corners before contouring, C-axis face milling with a slight y-axis variation, chamfer mill holder was nice touch: was the drilling cycle manually programmed by the book? Deep drill tip has no coating! Very good Demo, thanks for sharing. In terms of quality: It's hard to tell from the video but It seems that your 2nd hole on your deep drilling cycle has some ovality.

Nein, entgratet wird als letztes, da du beim schlichten sonst wieder grat aufwirfst... das ist das erste mit was man als zerspaner lernt
Bzw kommt nach den entgraten ausnahmslos nur feinschlichten und Gewindebohren/ -formen
