My advice is to try in your meditation to splitt yourself to four energy bodies with four colour you like - 1-physical body; 2- mental body; 3-emotional body and 4-sun body. If you have mental breakdown - work with your mental body, color, energy, ask yourself for the problem, etc. If you have physical pain - work with your physical body (every physical pain have energy equivalent) and your chakras. When you have some emotional pain or panic attacks or nervous breakdown - work with your emotional body, ground yourself with deep roots to the earts core and open yourself for nature's love energy. When you have problems with your life path, life purpose - work with your sun body and allow the cosmic energy and the different colours of cosmic rays to enter into you and help your sun body to find it's living purpose again, you can understand also how you lose your goal out of sight!
