This video enhanced my knowledge, thank you very much, i will watch your all videos and suggest my friends too. Such an interesting and informative video ❤
Thank you so much for this amazing video, after 3 years I think now I understand about this present perfect. Please do more video about all perfects! ❤
I am so glad it helped! I think we use Present Perfect a lot, but don't use Past or Future Perfect very often. Is there anything specific you want to know about Past and Future Perfect?
@@NEOEnglishwithPam Thanks again, actually I just want to improve my English level . I did some courses and I'm doing maths and English now but understanding of some tense is difficult for me especially these perfects !
-Use no., 1: This has been my first time to know that {swim} in its past participle form is {swum}. I was sure you mistyped it so I checked and to my amazement there is the form {swum}. Is it correct to use (has been) in the above sentence as I have just done? -Use no., 2: in the above question I used present perfect to show the recent past (have just done) -Use no., 3: I have had my laptop for about 8 years. It has 1st gen intel processor making it crawling and lagging, 4 gigabytes of ram forcing it to stutter, clogged intake fan and dry thermal past overheating it, in addition to non functioning lower half of its screen obligating me to connect it to an external monitor. I don't consider it a laptop anymore as it lost the crucial feature of a laptop, portability. - I have been studying for my college for 8 years ( does this number ring a bell? Yes! when I bought my semi fit now crippled laptop). I will be finished by the end of February. At last!
Uses no. 2 and 3 are perfect. Use no 1 is wrong. 'This is the first time I have heard that the past participle of swim is swum.' Hope that makes sense.
