    I like your attitude on these videos. I'm wondering how one should hold these stretches. My right knee with a miniscus tear and the most pain at this point, is all right when i stretch back with the left foot. When put the right foot back, the right knee is not happy, I guess I can do it with less stretch.

    On the couch with the knee down and leg and foot high behind was the position I used when outside weeding and hurt my knee very badly. I had two summers of physical therapy and it still gives me pain if I put too much weight on it like on that leg alone, or try walking when get up from a sitting position. Building up the muscles around it sounds like what I need.

    Man you may have saved my hip and knee.
    I done one split squat emphasizing the back leg and I was sooo weak 😂

    Always pain in my rear knee while doing split squat. Now I do it slower and not too deep and it works, less pain. It takes time indeed. Before this I would force my knees lower hahaha 🫣

    Why the strength from length position better from neutral position?? Or it's the same benefit??

      Because joint pain usually happens when the muscles are too weak at lengthened state. Those kind of strength are easily overlooked during exercise.

    Can't do it. Arthritic knee cracks loudly and painfully holding a high stance let alone trying to go lower. 😣
