Low North Shore suburbs are: Kiribati, Milson Point, Lavender Bay, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Neutral Bay, Cremorne,
Cammeray, North Bridge, St. Leonards, Artarmon, Lane Cover, Longueville. Chatswood belong to Upper-North Shore.
Chatswood belongs to the Willoughby Council and is regarded as a lower north shore suburb.

未來 crows nest 有 metro station , 你們可以介紹一下 ， 2 個 train stations 就可直出 Town Hall 附近的 Petit Street station ， 如果講住 ， 選 milson point 好過 North Sydney， 似住宅區， 但係房價差價至少 0.2 M 。

係咪只要住係間小學(public primary school)個catchment zone內, 間學校就一定收? 會唔會因為名校所以多人讀而唔夠位叫你過隔離區讀?
基本上係一定收， 但我地亦聽聞有可能會有咁既情况出現。 萬一如果收生太多， 住係catchment邊沿的位置可能會要求你試下報讀第二間就近的小學。 但此類情况在悉尼不多。
學校的Catchment每年都有機會微調， 所以如果學區十分重要會建議不要買在suburb border等尷尬位置。

照計就不會， 因為Artarmon 區的範圍不大，而且基本上新樓供應非常少，有的都是幾年一個新項，也是低密度十幾二十户。應該不會對學校收生做成壓力。

Chatswood doesn't belong to Low North Shore! The boundary between Low North Shore and Up North Shore is around about KFC on Pacific High Way. Chatswood belong to Up-North Shore. Don't misleading customers plz.

I believe majority of the Sydneysider would agree Chatswood is one of the Lower North Shore suburbs. Chatswood is within the Willoughby LGA which is widely known as being part of the lower north shore, together with Artarmon, Willoughby, Part of St Leonards and etc.
While this type of reference is not official so you will not find information in government website. However, it is not hard to find major news outlet also referring Chatswood as Lower North Shore instead of Upper North Shore.

好好的观众为什么不去看普通话的youtuber，这样废话更少，节省你的时间。人家专做影片给粤语受众，有什么问题？又不是你的雇员，莫名其妙。你去西语法语日语上海话福建话客家话的影片下写一样的留言吗？
现在粤语除了是香港、澳门的官方语言外，也是美国、加拿大的第三大语言，澳大利亚的第四大语言。 因此粤语在海外的地位非常之高。 现全世界使用粤语的人群超过一亿，为此联合国早已将粤语定义为“语言”而非“方言”。
