So based on this story, she was only given the paralyzing one, but not the pain one. She can feel everything....
Its actually three, one is the pain killer, one is the muscle relaxant and the last one puts you to sleep. These three ingredients should be perfectly balanced, depending on factors like weight and such, otherwise bad things can happen. My father is a doctor and one of his patients had a bad surgery experience (not with him ofc, he is not a surgeon) where she woke up during the surgery, but could neither move, speak or anything but she could feel the pain. Horrible stuff. But these situations generally almost never happen with experienced anaesthesiologists unless the patient tells the doctor wrong information about them, like lie about their weight or something.
This happened to me luckily it was just being incubated mot surgery. Normally for intubation they push Ketamine in your IV to knock you out/sedative and so you won't have any memory, and a few seconds later they push Rocoronium to paralyze you, so your throat doesn't naturally resist. However if you have severe sleep apnea, you could choke from the sedation BEFORE the paralytic hits you to relax. So they they do it in reverse, ie, they paralyze you 1st then sedate you (if there's pain issue they may then push an opioid). Because the sedative is pushed right after the paralytic, there shouldn't be more than a few seconds of paralytic before your out, certainly not enough time to realize... But. THEY DONT WARN YOU. So I'm intubated and I'm paralyzed for like 5 min. I can hear them talking about me like I'm not there. I throw everything I have into trying to move my toe but CANT. I try blinking but they pay no attention. At no point do they suggest a reason for what I'm experiencing, so I think someone has gone very very wrong and they don't know! They need to know I'm aware, what if they decide to do a painful or upsetting procedure. It was so traumatizing. All surgeons treat patients with care. This is the first time I see any surgeon being so brutal to his patient. Since it's just a short horror storyline
Agree with the comment of lemon games. The film ends with her perfect photo in instagram meaning that she is a beauty now. But she knows it's all fake and she knows the price that she's paid for that. She also remembers all horrors that she's gone through including the experience of a killing another person (which is not a small pill to swallow). So after everything she just can't be happy despite reaching her goal but there is nothing she can do now and nothing she can change. And that's the real horror - she is a deeply traumatized woman that has to live with all that shit in her head now forever.
I think I figured out the meaning of the final scene. Listen up. So she was smiling, because she was enjoying the popularity she was getting from the photographers. But when she started to bleed, it showed that her popularity had consequences, and that it’s best to stay yourself.
What scared me the most about it is how smootly he whistled, as if it was an instrument, as if it was FAKE. Also he whistled very happily, like plastic surgery and hurting people is normal for him, which is
k n e e c a p s s s Edit: this IS a real thing , it's call *anesthesia awareness* it's were they put you under but your still awake, kinda like sleep paralysis. One dude dArTeD out his hospital room WITH his guts out , he died shortly after. People who have gone through *anesthesia awareness* are known to be suicidal because of the physical pain of the surgery.
Basically, getting surgery won't make you feel pretty. You'll still feel like you're ugly because your mind said so. Her skin didn't really peel off at the end, it's her imagination. She still doesn't love herself even with so many fixes. The picture at the end shows her aftermath. Everyone loves here because she's pretty, but deep down, she doesn't love herself enough to realize it.
I think the doctor mentioned he isn't done stitching her up and she would be dead in a hour if he didn't stitch her up. Her skin was peeling and bleeding fr , I think.
The doctor played his role really damn well, I'm really impressed. On another note, damn girl, why didnt you check whats in the room before you walked in?!
OK the doc was kinda off, she was pissed, but he actually did do a great job, maybe she should have left him finish everything, not killing him even though he was a bit...
Cosmetic surgery can never be a solution or route to perfection. That girl, she looks good to me before the surgery and I don't care a hell about what others will think of this opinion.
waking up during any sort of procedure is my biggest fear. i mean the odds of a doctor selling my organs and then me stabbing him and drowning him in my own body fat is definitely slim (no pun intended) but still it’s a fear.
I'm not really into the horror genre but since I randomly came across your channel today I'm slowly getting into it. Love the content! Keep up the great work!
I had dental surgery and refused to be asleep. It didn't hurt. But I will never forget the crackling sound when the dentist pulled out my wisdom tooth. Luckily I have a very high pain threshold. And he was a really good dentist. The only thing I didn't like was the taste of the cleaning stuff he used.
This is a brilliant short horror film which reminded me of the body horror stories of David Cronenberg. Here twisted medical science and vanity create a thought provoking morality tale for the now generation. There's a lot of story here and I could see it turned into something longer. The ending was very powerful too with a critique of social media culture too.
I was already scared ENOUGH! Then when she woke and and couldn’t scream, and he cut her open while awake, I covered my mouth and went into a ball and rocked back in forth lmao and I felt a little pain from watching because sometimes I can just FEEL it
Worse thing is it’s a real thing people can be awake in surgery but paralyzed, feeling everything, it’s called Anesthesia Awareness, and as a person whose had 11, soon to be 12 leg surgeries this is scary
It's the worst thing to feel the pain when you are cut...I had a surgery and it hurt like hell, because they didn't administrate the right amount of anesthetic or maybe I should say the right anesthetic.. First, they gave me the spinal anesthesia, but it didn't work, then they tried with the general anesthesia, but that didn't work either..so in the end they put me a gas mask, but forgot to release the gas..it took a minute until they realised why I was screaming like I was crazy.. the doctor even called me "crazy" while in surgery and in all that pain. L.E: It wasn't a plastic surgery..it was a surgery because of an ectopic pregnancy. So..it was a lot more painful and hard to cope with everything.
@@dootdoot94xo44 I did not sue because..first of all, I have no evidence to prove what happened and second..you never know when you can be put face to face once again with the same doctor in case of an emergency. Some of the doctors are vengeful and you don't want to risk. All I can do is tell my story whenever I can in my circle of friends or wherever I have the occasion, so that other women in my country (Romania) don't go through the same thing.
I really enjoyed this . This film shows how much plastic surgery can be dangerous. I have no hate for the people who do get plastic surgery but to be honest everyone is beautiful the was they are. I really enjoyed this film . Great job in creating it. A phenomenal job.

Holy crap I'm only 3mins in and the actor of the plastic surgeon does an immensely good job at terrifying me with his politeness.
Chills, literal chills. Amazing horror movie and great acting!

Moral of story: don’t ever get plastic surgery unless you know they will treat you with care
All surgeons treat patients with care. This is the first time I see any surgeon being so brutal to his patient. Since it's just a short horror storyline
WHY WAS EVERYONE JUST STANDING THERE HER FRIKIN SKIN WAS FALLING OFF
Agree with the comment of lemon games.
This kinda reminds me of The Human Centipede tbh

Edit: this IS a real thing , it's call *anesthesia awareness* it's were they put you under but your still awake, kinda like sleep paralysis. One dude dArTeD out his hospital room WITH his guts out , he died shortly after. People who have gone through *anesthesia awareness* are known to be suicidal because of the physical pain of the surgery.
One of my dad's coworkers had this happen to him a long time ago ☹️ he's ok physically but has PTSD and needed therapy for a long time
I suffered bad SP for over a decade very scary
Seriously damm that’s scary
Wtf I am never getting it
It was my biggest fear when I had my hernia repair. I never want to have surgery again if I can possibly avoid it.
4:11 Me : just run away from this hospital and never come back
well ,u and me both
Same.
Her skin was peeling and bleeding fr , I think.
the actors are so good at their jobs
Thanks for watching

The doctor played his role really damn well, I'm really impressed.
On another note, damn girl, why didnt you check whats in the room before you walked in?!
OK the doc was kinda off, she was pissed, but he actually did do a great job, maybe she should have left him finish everything, not killing him even though he was a bit...
shes beautiful and doesnt need to change anything if she had waited a bit more she would have to go through more pain.
Yeah well he kinda kept cutting her and taking out her organs while seeing that she was awake .-.
Faces are temporary but drip is forever 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
AMEN
Now that doctor is definitely a good actor
“Dad, what is pretty?”
“Nothing plastic and fake”
Cosmetic surgery can never be a solution or route to perfection.
That girl, she looks good to me before the surgery and I don't care a hell about what others will think of this opinion.
I agree but let the masses think what they want.
I agree
Agreed ..”beauty is in the eye of the beholder “
I also agree with you. I think she's super cute with really pretty eyes!
She did not look good b4 stop it
"Do you have it?"
"yEaH"
what was that line- it made me die-
See, THIS is EXACTLY why I don’t trust plastic surgery!
WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN MADE INTO A MOVIE DAMN IT
waking up during any sort of procedure is my biggest fear. i mean the odds of a doctor selling my organs and then me stabbing him and drowning him in my own body fat is definitely slim (no pun intended) but still it’s a fear.
Anyone else binge watching these
This is actually sad af.. I feel so bad for that poor girl. Nobody should feel that beauty is so important.
I'm not really into the horror genre but since I randomly came across your channel today I'm slowly getting into it. Love the content! Keep up the great work!
This is not horror tbh
as soon as the doctor said “sacrifice” Blaire should’ve rannnn for her life
She was still looking good before surgery. No need to do surgery to please others. You're the best creation of God
Nightmare fuel ... I woke up during surgery once, luckily it was only a dental procedure (still hurt like hell though)
Wow, that sort of thing really happens ?
@@laiatezenas3300 Yes and they're paralyzed and can't say anything.😭 I've read about it.

This is the terror of self-unacceptance.
"doctors ✍ aren't ✍ trustworthy ✍" got it
This is a brilliant short horror film which reminded me of the body horror stories of David Cronenberg. Here twisted medical science and vanity create a thought provoking morality tale for the now generation. There's a lot of story here and I could see it turned into something longer. The ending was very powerful too with a critique of social media culture too.
Bruh calm down. Not even.
Ten minutes and still better than most horror films today
She’s battling with her subconscious and self image. She never had the surgery or met the surgeon. She is the surgeon and she made herself go mad.
This is why am never getting surgery. I might wake up which I don't want to.
