I have made riced Cauliflower for my husband with diabetes for years now. It's really good if you fry it up with a tiny bit of grape seed oil and season it with a little bit of garlic salt. I use it as the rice base for my stir fry. You serve your rice at the bottom and stir fry on top and it's delish/ pretty much like rice. My husband's family mixes a little bit of rice with cauli rice too to get that flavor. Just some tips. 😊
I have made cauliflower shrimp fried rice and it was delicious! I bet your kids would like it because you can easily manipulate the flavor of the cauliflower and texture is the same as rice!
Omg I looove riced cauliflower..had no idea they had that big bag. I like to mix it with my brown rice & make a veggie stir fry with peppers,onions & zucchini..it's so good. I have it for the week and just add different proteins. I lost so much weight doing this.
