My baby girl introduced me to Bloom😅. The ingredients are pretty decent and it is supposed to be really good for your gut health and digestive issues, if you use it consistently for 3 months. From my research and experience with health if you heal the gut it have you thinking clearer, remove brain fog, help you sleep better, clear the skin and hair, help with bloating and aid with weight loss. I wonder if that can be purchased with Ebt? It would be good if it could since it’s majority fruits and vegetables.

Those Atkins shakes are good and $5 off is a stock up price for me. My favorite is the strawberry and chocolate. I like to add those in with my meals to keep me full or for a snack. I need to get in and get some of those, frozen berries for smoothies and salmon. These things have been helping me keep the weight off!

It gives you the option to type in your EBT card and pin after you scan all your items
