That's incredible. How does this work when you have a waterfall end which makes the stone more than 3 or 4 metres long and you need two separate slabs? Can it be matched?

djlowtek you didn't pay for the job directly so don't be angry.
Actually I did, it's a brand new home (new construction).
Furthermore, it was fixed because it was "that bad"
I brought it up with the builder and they called the counter sub-contractors and they came out and fixed it. Looks great now. I talked to a neighbor and they had the same experience.
djlowtek ouch but usually large home builders contract large fabrication business for these job. Guess they must be one of the cheap ones.
Big companies don't do good job because they hire many people they don't have the control the salesman get pay by commission and the installers get pay by SQF son the more they do is the more they get pay no one cares about their job or their client one guy do the sales another guy do the templates 3 guys do the fabrication the installers so many people is working on the same job so the client don't no who to deal with. I own a GRANITE business I do the sale I make the template I do the fabrication and the installation I always do my best my clients don't pay until they approved the job and they are happy I do ervery job as it was for me or for my mom . Just because they point a finger to any place in the counter and say there is the seam but since is so perfect you can't see it, bunch of layers jest pay attention to minute 2.04 no way anyone is going to place a seam there , and also the only way to perfectly match a seam is by getting 2 slabs that are book match or mirror match and definitely and obviously they dint do that, buch of layers but I know people like that, trying to look good laying to people that don't know...
The almost perfect looking seams all look like caeserstone
Just search up mirror match seam and you'll know what I mean and don't just believe anything they tell you
Lol minute 1:31 you put a cristallo and "not milled" and than a quartz, anyone on the business would know this example is wrong. Also on the video you're problaly using the wrong blade to cut the cristallo.
Hi Milton! Thanks for the comment. The example you are referring to was done intentionally to show the dramatic difference possible with stone...and these two materials show it best for video purposes. We encourage people to look at these details when selecting material and talk more about that in our video titled "Consider the feel". We were not using the wrong blade for cutting Cristallo. We have different blades for different materials and choose them appropriately.
Thougt i was the only one who caught that. Alaska white granite gets chipped looking at it
