I tried this mattress for 90 days. I really wanted to like it because I've wasted so much of my life trying to make sense of all the online mattress companies and ended up on this one. After the around 40 days, I started the process to return it. Turned out to not be easy, they kept trying to get me to keep it, then told me I had to find a way to donate it. And I don't know if you have ever tried to donate a king sized mattress, but it's damn near impossible, no charity, homeless shelter, no anything wants a king mattress, especially when you don't live near any big cities. After wasting hours trying find a place to get rid of it, and the 100 day trial period approaching, I called and made them find a place to donate it. I have no idea where it ended up, but I'm glad they actually got rid of my mattress.
Reasons the mattress sucked for me: (I'm 165 # 6ft athletic)
First why make a big deal about being organic and natural, then include cheap chinese made synthetic sheets and mattress protector?
The pillows are way over filled and there is no zipper to remove material like every other latex pillow I've ever purchased.
I got the medium mattress because I like to sleep both on my side and back. The latex firmness felt about right for what I want, but the coils felt soo weak, I would just sink way too far into the mattress. Especially my waste, I felt like I was in a hammock, the springs felt bottomless! because it was soo bottomless, my lower back was killing me, hips sinking down too far when on my side, and on my back. Further, I also got to try an avocado non pillow top mattress that a friend bought for his guest room, though it was a bit firm for side sleeping, it felt so much more supportive and solid and my back felt better in the 3 days I back slept on it.
Plushbeds offered to send me a firmer latex layer, but I declined because I really didn't see that fixing the bottomless springs.
Now I'm back shopping and IDK why I'm not just buying the avocado, but I'm also thinking of the brooklyn Bloom, a Luma, a joybed with an added latex topper, or a mygreenmatress.... mattress shopping sucks

I ordered a shredded latex pillow from Plush Beds and have been sleeping on it for about a week. I bunched up the latex into one end of the pillow so it would be higher for side sleeping. My sleeping is so great with this pillow, that I ordered 2 more the the Plush Bed latex pillows. (-:
I just got this in medium and I love it! Truly plush, has a slight bounce, and no smell which is a huge plus compared to my first natural mattress.

Your graphic regarding which firmness to chose is extremely confusing! You say one thing, but the text reads the exact firmness for side, all around, back and stomach. Stop using the word firmness and just say medium or medium firm and change the text to match.
Daniel - My new 12" Luxury Bliss mattress (Cal King) was delivered today. It is very soft and has zero smell! I'm very happy about this and I saved $100.00 by using your coupon code. Plush Beds did not send me the free pillows & bedding that was listed on your website so I may order one of their pillows to try out. Also, I did not realize the mattress would weigh 203 lbs. This could be a deal breaker to people that sleep on a 2nd or 3rd floor and would be helpful to include in a future video.

in general, natural latex mattresses are quite a bit heavier than their polyurethane counterparts. One of the advantages of a hybrid natural latex mattress like the Luxury Bliss www.naturalmattressfinder.com/recommends/plush-beds-luxury-bliss-12-inch/ is that it is WAY easier to move than an "all-latex" or "latex core" mattress. The spring coil layer in a hybrid mattress helps keep it from flopping over. You would have to disassemble an all latex queen, king, or cal king in order to move it.

Then you will find the answer under "Shipping & Delivery". Yes, the Luxury Bliss is compressed, rolled and packed in separate stages. This way, the mattress is not at all damaged from shipping. I'm not sure about the shipping dimensions. It depends on the size you order.

Yes, the Luxury Bliss is compressed, rolled and packed in separate stages. This does not damage the mattress and it wil regain it's shape shortly after unpacking. Within one hour, it will have mostly regained it's original shape. Within 24 hours, it will have fully expanded.

they did. I just talked to them today Feb 14 2022 and if you don't like what they first send you, you can customize it after you try it either as medium or medium firm. AFTER THAT, you can firm it up or soften it. So, I'm gonna try it. Also, there is not a $149 fee for you to return it - no longer free returns or donation
So weird bx. Today they told me it no longer has the customizable option.

I ordered a BeautyRest Silver 900 memory foam mattress from jcpenney. As soon as it was unwrapped I could smell a chemical stink and wanted to return the mattress, but this store doesn't accept returns. I haven't slept on the mattress. I've been sleeping on an air mattress on my living room floor. I get a headache when I go near the mattress. I'm not sure what to do with this stinky mattress. I paid $850.00 for this mattress that I can't sleep on. I'm looking to buy a latex mattress but I can't afford to spend large dollars since I already bought a mattress.
Hi Kerry, sorry about your situation. Yes, most brick and mortar stores won't accept returns for mattresses but most online retailers do. And, they take a huge loss when that happens because the mattress is not resold. The off-gassing of that mattress will continue many more months. The smell will become undetectable to your senses but the off-gassing will still be occurring.

hello, i just ordered the luxury bliss and 3 of their employees told me that there is a zipper on the mattress if we want to exchange for the ' medium firm'. also due to COVID-19, they will pick it up and trash it due to the virus and i would be fully refunded if we decide this mattress is not for us. i will report back in about 2 weeks when it is delivered.

@@JenniferMorley25 it took some getting used to. i mostly sleep on my side and my shoulder did hurt for about a month. it gradually improved as my body adjusted. i do sleep more sound. it really is not 'cool' as advertised. really comfortable on my legs. perfect for back sleepers. i did buy Woolroom mattress pad even though i did receive a free one from Plushbeds.
there is a zipper if u want to switch out the latex portion.
i had major delivery issues, but honestly their customer service was great and i even received a credit because i waited so long for the latex section.
seems very well made.
fyi: i weigh 120lbs. and husband weight 160... i think if you are heavier, it will be better sleeping on your side.
it was between Plushbed and Wink, stricly because of me being a side sleeper. all the others did not seem recommened for side sleepers weighing less than 140-150 (if i remember correctly).

Don't get this mattress, get a mattress that uses the Leggett and Platt Combi Zone Pocket Coils, this mattress only uses the quantum edge coils. and the coils are way to weak and bottomless feeling ( I only weigh 165#). I just got a flexus QUADRA-FLEX bed and it uses the cobi zone coils, same coils as the Avocado and other higher quality beds. and actually feels like a real bed and is cheaper. PLushbeds luxury bliss is junk!
