Heyy Nadine hope you're doing good I am a 2nd yr student at college and planning to start midwifery but am going to take a gap year and I had planned to maybe work as a healthcare assistant before starting midwifery course and also because I feel like this will also be good to add to my personal statement as it would mean I have already worked with patients and will gain some skills from doing so and will give me more chance of being accepted into Uni hopefully when I do apply.Your videos are really helpful and gives me more motivation to become a midwife❤❤
Hi Nadine, were your placement hours permanent for term time/whole year or did they vary week by week etc? I’m wondering if I’d be able to juggle studies and childcare

Yes they were permanent but with child they may be able to help you out a little but you’ll have to plan around child care x
