I just love that they hinted to the original book by putting the cabin in the background. The Tin Man had been building that cabin for a munchkin he had fell deeply in love with but the Munchkin's mother was a jerk to her daughter and treated her like a servant so she didn't want her to go and marry the tin man. So the mother went to this witch lady for help and the sorcerer cursed the axe to cut off his leg. After the axe did it's job the Tin Man just went to the Tinsmith and asked for his leg to be replaced with Tin, well when that evil mother heard of that she asked to have his other leg cut off. And then his arm. And then his body. Well you get the picture how it went. He ended up having all of his body replaced with Tin but the tinsmith forgot a heart. And the Tin Man became rusted because he was outside chopping trees for that cabin he was building the munchkin even though he was now completely made of tin.

When I was little I had a crush on the tinman! :O
I only got a crush on him at age 13. I'm still 13.
At 2:04, when the Tinman bangs that rhythm on his chest, ToTo, thinking: "That's it I'm out of here!" lol
Then he comes back in
One of the greatest details of the movie is Dorothy picking up The Scarecrow when he falls while walking on the yellow brick road. Its such a cute little thing and its fantastic acting because i would imagine its hard to act like your character is super light in weight
I love how his eyes even match his costume :)
Those big blue eyes! :3
@@SillyCreatureSally Down, girl! lol
@@MaskedMan66 Alright, alright.
Is this where Michael Jackson got the "Smooth Criminal Lean" from? I would imagine so and I don't see who else would've came up with this besides Jack Haley and Victor Fleming.
For some reason, when I was younger I was scared of the tin man.
I don't know why!
well, he is a metal guy, which is weird to begin with. then he carries around an ax too. so it's kind of understandable!
To be honest they all spooked me when l was little
***** I was scared of plex from yo gabba gabba I'm 8 years old man
nick oakley uh really even Dorothy:-) ?
***** i'm obsessed with the wizard of oz
That toot toot/chu chu scared Toto😂😂
love this mooie so much they just don't make movies like this anymore.
Out of all the songs and dances the Tin Man is my favorite
1:52 See the dancing freak!
Pay five bucks to see the dancing freak!
Only five bucks to see the dancing freak!
I'd be filming him on my phone, beginning at 1:46
It's forever captured on film
I was so scared of the Tin Man when I was little. I remember in the store when I got a dorothy doll with my grandma, and she said "Are you sure you don't want a tin man?"
I started crying....XD
😂
I think he's cute. IDK what you see.
When i was a little girl i fall in Love with the Tinman
So did I, I also got a huge crush on Baron Humbert von Gikkingen when I watched The Cat Returns 🥰
When my mom asks why I'm not dating anyone...
Lol
2:23 the Tin Man did the gravity lean way before Michael Jackson did. XD the wizard of oz was released in 1939 and smooth criminal was released in 1988
This film is a masterpiece and a true classic. This is one of my favorite songs of the film. 2:02 he scared Toto.
I NEVER noticed this before but that voice 0:53-0:57 is the same voice of Snow White: and when I say never, I mean never.
I Love ❤️ This Song 🎶
Toto, best character in the whole movie besides Tin Man.
I started watching a little closer and saw Toto running around but staying out of the way. Very well trained doggy.
OMGLOB. The "Wherefore art thou, Romeo?" was the voice of Snow White!!! :D
Yup, that's Adriana Caselotti!
I'm 17 years old and I'm a boy. And let me tell you all that it's good every once in a while to look back at the things you did, the games you played, and the movies you watched when you were a kid. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's completely normal.
I watch Glitter Force... I know it sounds childish but it's true 😅
i've always LOVED the Tin Man♥♥♥♥
i've been randomly humming this song all day long. Had to see it again right now :) This brightened up my day!
You're a friend to me
I'm a friend to you
You brighten up my day
When I'm feeling blue
My second favourite song 🙂
