These are all just scrawny teens who fantasize about being manly men with insane fighting skills. That's why they are all depicted as 40 year old body builders. None of them actually looks like that. The only one who is actually depicted as a teen boy is the son of the mob boss who aknowledges his weakness in Episode 3. He has a huge ego but doesn't pretend he is a macho Gorilla unlike the other teen boys.
