The anime is done by the same studio that created the Hokuto no Ken anime in the 80s, not to mention the mangaka wrote Sakigake Otokojuku as a parody of the uber-machist manga in those years and was on the same magazine as HnK.

Fun Fact: Sakigake Otokojuku replaced Hokuto no Ken 2 in it's broadcast.
When Hokuto no Ken 2 ended, on the next week, the same day of the week started Otokojuku.

Except it's a 80's Anime... Sakigake Otokojuku anime started in February of 1988.

This anime really needs a modern day anime adaptation. The original anime ended too early and the manga had way much more stuff.
