This is raw, unedited footage of me clearing this level, not because I didn't want to edit it but because it's more authentic this way, trust me.
The level itself is actually not that hard and just requires doing a relatively precise input three (3) times in a row. It's just insane that this level seemingly requires tech that nobody knew. Only an accidental find of this tech from gravityrad on discord made it possible to clear this level.
The only inputs required as far I know are a jump+run input into the brick block, followed by a spin immediately after. The duck jump I did in this clear video is not required. I assume the fireball throwing animation causes mario's hitbox to change which allows for an immediate spin jump.

I'm guessing that Mario cannot jump up anywhere except for where the bricks are, because there are invisible coin blocks everywhere else? Otherwise you'd just be able to easily jump after passing the brick to get over those Munchers and Spinies.

Very cool! How come after the clear the rate still says 0/6560 instead of 1/6561?

The game doesn't immediately re-fetch the statistics after beating the level. Apparently the real clear rate at the time of clear was 1/7709.
