    आज मैंने सर की बताई हुई विधि से ध्यान लगाया आज मुझे अनहद चक्र मैं इतना ज्यादा vibrations महसूस हुआ की मेरा शरीर उसे झेल नहीं पाया, तो कृपा करके सर के बताए हुए तरीके को पूर्ण तरह से पालन करना, तो आपको मोक्ष जरूर मिलेगा लेकिन निरंतर प्रयास करना ही पड़ेगा।

    Jab kundalini jagrit hogi tab bahya kumbhak lagana hai pranayam me , pr hame pata kaise chalega ki wo jagrit hogyi hai

    As always you're awesome. Just one observation on Anulom Vilom as we practice as per the hatha yoga texts. We start the inhalation from left and exhale from right and not the other way around to start inhalation from right. Please check and update if you feel correct. Thank you for this wonderful meditation series ❤️

      Dear Yogi ji, please start from right as I told. It was told for some reason. Starting from left channel should be avoided.

    What is the pathway of the nadis? Is it along the back or along the front of the body?

      Aap isse thk phele wali video par mera comment pad lijiye maine vahan par iske bare mai detail mai bataya hai aap bhi isko mehsoos kar skte hai jis tarike se maine bataya hai us tarike se

    What about for those who have high blood pressure? Is it okay to do all those with such intensity ?

      Yogini ji, people with high blood pressure can avoid bhastrika pranayama. Rest of the pranayamas can be done with high intensity.
      Also pregnant women should avoid all pranayama, asana, and kumbhaks.

      Also, females can stop asanas during the mensturation cycle.

    Nadi ki impurity ke kya meaning hote hai. Ye spiritual term me koi impurity hai ya physical level pe. I mean cholesterol ya dusari Impurity?

    Sir when I do anulom vilom my chanda nadi is active and i cannot inhale properly from surya nadi..
    And some time surya nadi is active and i can't inhale from my chandra nadi..
    So instead of anulom vilom can i do chandra bhedi Or surya bhedi pranayam ..??
