It was launched for 10 to 15 lacs with development charges of 6.5 to 14.5 lacs and today, Sector A stands at 1.90 to 2.20 crore, A1 @ 1.50 to 1.70 Crore, B3 @ 1.05 to 1.40 Crore, and last C3 Extension @ 85 lacs to 1 crore. Although as an Islamabad Rawalpindi realtor, i have no concern with other DHAs, but as a reality check DHA Q open affidavit in 2019 priced 20 to 32 lacs varying from time to time in 2021 early bird were at 20 million plus, bar codes were at 90 to 95 lacs. I don't have much idea about DHA 10, but what about DHA 1 to Prism phase 9 & Defence Raya. DHA M did great in high market There's not much idea about Gujranwala as well. RUDNs map in the background means nothing, RUDN is a society managed by dumb people who doesn't know the worth of their project and what kind of credibility delivery would give them. They are only after making more money for their own selves nothing else. Plus RUDNs map is readable but DHAs DC rates and FBR values are also on that map. These are the first societies those who invited an international firm to plan a Pakistani society, and they made it happen. While DHA is only now considering agreements with Surbana Jurong, Capital Smart City has been collaborating with them for seven years. Best of luck DHA ghandara
