Firstly, I noticed that the map of Rudn is visible in the background of your video. Could this be a subtle hint that DHA Gandhara,'s future like be rudn and will follow a similar path? Especially since the affected individuals of DHA Valley are still struggling without resolution.Secondly, if you look at the history, DHA's developer has been Capital Smart City. Referring to it as "FX" is quite unfair, as Capital Smart City is the only society in Pakistan's history set to eliminate its liabilities by December 7th.You are a professional, and your analysis should reflect that level of professionalism.
1st of all, I'd like to thank you for a well-mannered message. Thank you indeed.
RUDNs map in the background means nothing, RUDN is a society managed by dumb people who doesn't know the worth of their project and what kind of credibility delivery would give them. They are only after making more money for their own selves nothing else. Plus RUDNs map is readable but DHAs DC rates and FBR values are also on that map.
Plus, CSC needs to do more for a fair comparison with DHA, in coming days we will be making more videos on similar topics, it's not just commitments with end users, some other commitments also matters and we will be discussing about them in detail.

These are the first societies those who invited an international firm to plan a Pakistani society, and they made it happen. While DHA is only now considering agreements with Surbana Jurong, Capital Smart City has been collaborating with them for seven years. Best of luck DHA ghandara
