The ‘Law of Public Easement’ says that Right of Ways once created lawfully can never be closed Jinnah Avenue was constructed by Bahria Town with it's private funds and was declared a public road with equal right to all citizens. It is now an established RoW for many adjoining areas, villages, housing societies for past more than a decade. Therefore, No authority can stop this 'Right of Way' now as per the law.

Why are you spreading baseless news ? As per masterplan of Islamabad, Jinnah Avenue is main access road of Kurri Area and is used by many societies and villages for daily commute to city center. It is not the private road of any society or DHA. By the rule of right of way no one can stop it. It is public access road. So PVC and BE along with adjacent villages have equal right to this road. Building a society at sides of a public road does not mean that society managment can stop access of general public through this road. DHA cannot do that.

Hi Saad, while this looks like a great project with solid fundamentals, 1.3CR for an undeveloped 5M plot/file makes no sense to me especially when factoring in the risk of CDA's development record. For ~2 CR you can get a 10M possession-able developed plot in Gulberg's starting blocks. There's also multiple other solid societies which also fall under this price range. How does this valuation make sense to you as an investor?

There is nothing solid when it's being compared to DHA-ir.
