Mannnnn, I loved this game as a kid. 20 so years ago...I never beat it... always got super far. The music is amazing mixed in with all the explosions and firing..it blends perfectly
Just finished it...had such an amazing.time watching the playthrough... absolute beast man. I actually did beat this gamez vividly remember the end boss haha. Good stuff man.
I think port of Twin Cobra was developed by Graphic Research who also did the Battle Mania games for the Genesis as well as Socket which were all Vic Tokai games.

The only war game where the tanks have smiley faces on the top of them. You have to look closely, and you'll see them.

This port is a bit easier than the japanese arcade, harder than the western arcade
