I'm loving these videos Beats, nice to see you swinging Persian meel. I'm just envious you met Paul in person AND got to swing my favourite meel of his - the 18kg pair he turned 🙂👏🏻

I like to train with heavy clubs and an iron mace, because at the age of 50 I still like to set goals for myself, but I am mainly interested in what is the advantage and point of training with light clubs...and thanks again for all the effort you put in and educate others in this way, because I personally think that everyone needs a solid foundation before starting to change things

Hey Flow 🙏 been lurking on your channel for ages, I don’t comment often on YT.
I have this time just to say Indian and Persian civilisations are 2 of the oldest, they traded together pre 1000 BC. 👀 looks like they did more than trade spices..

    Mughdhar is now Persian meel

That's not correct, a persian meel has a different shape and is always done with two clubs at the same time. There are many different types of clubs, and mudgars are definitely different :)

@@TheFlowingDutchman mughdar is also the same. Mughdar always comes in pair. The exercises can be both single or in pair

@@bhai1minutedekhidhar590 True! But the meels never come as a single club :). The shape is also different. Anyway, there are multiple versions of clubs and they have different names.
