Good guy ? You must be confused with another character. The guy is a complete psychopath. He is super fake. Constantly lying. He has 0 empathy. He is an horrific collaborator. In such a way that it is really disgusting. On top of that he tortures the employees with horrible brain wash. And when he does that he doesn’t have even the slightest empathy. He actually seem to enjoy it. A bit sadistic. He is the evil in person. He doesn’t even seem to have loyalty to his manager. He has 0 ethic. An horrible person. But on the other hand he is super funny when he does those crappy incentives with pseudo office parties and starts to dance as if he was in a discotheque. I love that character. Definitely one of my favourite.
