    Yummm! I miss my Greek rest. Back home north of Boston. We used to get plates of “lamb,rice n potatoes w red sauce”. It was sooooooooo good!
    I am thinking it was baked in a pan with all of those ingredients together 🤷‍♀️

    Dimitra all you do is what I do, loved loved your cooking , you are just the best of all cooks,cause you make real food , not like new cooks put sugar on everything ,plus thousands of spices ,your food is with real known spices and keep it simple

    UPDATE: This is now my favorite way to make lamb. Not only does it look good, it tastes delicious! Very easy to make and better than I thought it would be. I added too much tomato and used the excess to make shashuka that I never had before. Later I will use the rest to braise a filet of fish in it. This tomato sauce is amazing.

    My family has a recipe passed down thats similar to this, except we use whole lamb leg because we wanted to feed our whole family.

      It is not boneless. I like getting the leg cut up into medium pieces for this kind of stovetop meal.
