I'm totally okay with these people living in San Fransisco, having their own little kingdom. The farther away they are from me, the better. I live in California myself, but I don't live near people like this. I rarely see anyone with colorful hair. In fact, I don't think I ever have where I live. Maybe, a few times at Disneyland, but that's about it.
Tunnel tops near the presidio and Dolores park here are the best city parks I've ever seen! Also obviously golden gate park with the redwoods. Alamo square and lands end.

You forgot crime, lots and lots of crime. Most smart people don't want to give half their paycheck to the state to support all those failed programs. If it wasn't for the non-citizens, drugs housing and crime would all be down.
