It’s a terrible design. First of all, every room has this patterns on wall which are not consistent and make walls looks too busy; same with the ceilings, every room has different ceiling patterns, it would be very disorienting if you lie on bed and stare at the ceiling. Most terrible idea is to use smooth tiles on stairs, that’s a slippery hazard. From outside, so many colors and designs were used, you can tell it was designed to attract newly rich peendus. Finally, what’s this fascination with including every theme and design in a small place. It’s a small house but looks like Home Depot show room. And most important of all, if you’re building a small house and not a Mahal then why shove all the cheap luxuries. why not keep it simple and elegant. Look at the mud houses of villages, those looked simple, serene, peaceful, and functional. That’s what small homes should look like. Not a cheap chinuti project.
