I love this video! The helpful information and the way that it was presented. Brilliant, thank you. The chickens at the end were just the cherry on top.
Unfortunately with onion is different story. I lost my onion due to this cutworm. I need a better solution, than poisons Beautiful start for me. Great video
Something has eaten up my 2months old seedlings. Some are hard to germinate and keep growing to mature. I thought it was a ground squirrel at first so i fenced around with 23 guage hardware cloth. next day i found the remnants were also gone next morning when i checked. The seedlings were completely clipped off and the top parts were also missing. I am not sure if cutworms are the culprit. i am so mad that i lost so many seedlings so many varieties to these disgusting worms.

Thank you. That is sooooo useful!!
Glad it was helpful!
Wonder-filled!
Thank you.
I put rosemary stalks round every seedling. Deep down. Works well.
Excellent.
Great video 🇳🇿❤
Thank you mate.
Will this work for brinjal seedlings that have been ring barked as well?
I’m not sure.
We will run a trial next week to see if it works.
Would chickens in the tomato garden prevent cut worms, or would they eat the seedlings?
Yeah, as young seedlings the chickens will wipe them out.
As older plants it’s too late.

Sean, will this work with paprika plants as well?
We are busy with a trial.
Will post a new video with the results.

We are running a few trials so will update with a new video once completed.
