Best option for no worries would be to get the Fantasy Springs Magic Pass that allows Unlimited access to Fantasy Springs is the Magic Pass that you can get from vacation packages or staying at the fantasy springs hotel.
If you have standby pass and premier access to go inside, once inside if you leave you cannot go back in.

When does the premier access usually go on sale? The moment the park opens?
I'm going to be there May 29th.

Opening day is on June 6 so you can get it once you scan your ticket at the park.
Tokyo Disney sea is having random soft opening for the park right now so people have access to go in now randomly.
