Thank you for going on record to say that luxury bags ARE NOT AN INVESTMENT. As someone who used to work in Finance, it boils my blood when YTers say that throwing down thousands of dollars on luxury goods is an investment. 🤦🏾♀️great video!!

Sites like Shopback and Ebates don't cost you money but it isn't free. They collect shopping data & resell that data to other companies. That's how they make money. They don't use PII (Personal Identifying Information), they only use trending data. But they are collecting data and selling it. I work in digital marketing/advertising and there are many companies that sell such data. It is very lucrative for them. I do use Ebates myself, but you should know that they are collecting data from you shopping habits.

Great video June! You worked so hard to get where you are in life and career and you deserve whatever handbag or luxury good your heart desires! One thing I think is good to mention is that people need to pay themselves first and save for retirement as soon as they start working. This is so important and so many young people make the mistake of not doing it. After paying themselves first, then they should live their best life and do what their heart desires ❤️
This was really good and I do use many of these strategies. One I would like to add is that I keep my wish list on the same spreadsheet as my budget because it helps to keep me focused and to resist impulse spending. If buying a new item I have just seen means moving a wish list item that I really want forward a year I will definitely think hard about it.
lol being a doctor still pays you above average...and when you combine it with not having any social life and not travelling you can buy a chanel bag quicker than other people

Tip: Save money for something you want instead of buying on credit. Be real with yourself. If you can't afford it right now it's okay, because the item will still be available when you saved up enough money.
I definitely find wish lists helpful, I have all the things I want to buy in a list and I can see cost and shipping fees and which items I want to get first
