We must remember that she speaks French and English with her family, friends and musicians so there will always be that accent. That back an forth cant be easy but her career requires it. Rene was truly a gifted manager as much as Celine is a gifted artiste, he knew what it took for her to become as mega as she is now but he also taught her humility and it never got to her head.

I am just 1 of 7 Children to my parents. Like your circumstances we were not well off at all. My Mother was a housewife and stay at him Mom. When we were all out on our my Mom (we always called her a Do estimate Goddess) went out and got a job in the bakery in a grocery store when she was 65. She had congestive heart fever severe diabetes. She had to quit not long after she started. She had suffered 2 heart attacks after that a diabetic coma. He Doctor’s could not tell us if she would ever wake up or if she did there was no telling if there was brain damage. They took her off life support on a Thanksgiving morning around 9 or 10 am. We stood there all of us with our Dad. Suddenly she was breathing on her own her eyes fluttered. She looked a little confused as to where she was and what had happened to he. We were speechless after her first word in days. She looked ar us and simply said. You all had bette have the turkey in the oven and things going for Thanksgiving or move on out of here ASAP and get it done. Unbelievable she was. A few years like in your family God called her home. She dies in 2005 of stage 4 lung cancer. God bless you and Celine and your family. Celine’s music kept me going and kept me alive and he4 strength helped through 14 months suffering my Mom dealt with. It was terminal the first day they told us. Inoperable.
it's very interesting to me how in Canada people would have an accent on a secondary national language. People in Spain speak their regional language and Spanish perfectly.
she speaks frenglish with her family and team, not pure english/french so she has a mixed accent sometimes. also there's a difference between regional languages which don't differ much from a national language pronunciation wise (due to their existence on the same territory) and two separate languages which sound nothing alike
