Are these brush pen hard tip or soft? I recently bought KOI brush pen but its sooo difficult to handle them.

This is soft tip brush pen...The link is provided in the description...you can use hard tip also...first practice the basic strokes and then it will be easy
I don't have any experience with KOI brush pens...but first basic strokes practice is important 🤗🤗

It depends on your requirement...for thick lines you can use camlin ,doms or tombow dual brush pens
For thin lines pentel brush pens or tombow fudenosuke brush pens🤗
