NETWORK RAIL CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST US ALTNABREAC LEVEL CROSSING INCIDENT READ DESCRIPTION

  • Network Rail are taking us to court for criminal proceedings for being on land that WE OWN. Our legal aid solicitor (8 months ago in court) said to the Sheriff "What I find concerning is that Network Rail still haven't proved they own the land". A WEEK BEFORE we got arrested for that incident, we reported a 4x4 parked on the live train track, that broke through the locked and chained gate to the 'Crossing Manager' Network Rail and The British Transport Police but they ignored our complaint and took NO ACTION, but arrested us one week later for standing on the side of the crossing.

    I have been trying to watch your videos for some time now. I agree that Network rail with their private Police force appear to be trying to get you out of the cottage. Sadly I don't watch every video, they are very frustrating to watch, both of you ramble on forever, continually repeating yourselves and talking over each other. Sorry but is the crossing anything to do with you other than it near to your house... Because it sounds like it is not but you tried to get involved with Net Work Rail safety... You say that only people with a key for the padlock should be using the crossing but then say you put your own locks on the Net Work Rail chain, so you are the only one with keys or am I wrong... Then the 4x4 man is he Net Work Rail or another worker who needs to get through the gate to get to work for which you are the only one with keys for, so even if he used the phone it would not help because there a good chance the person on other end of phone will not know who has keys for the padlock because you are nothing to do with Net Work Rail... Now I know you are thinking of safety but sorry it appears you are causing problems...

    • @ALTNABREAC
      @ALTNABREAC  4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      Network Rails own policy is that the user is permitted to use their own chain and padlock. So I would read the NR 'User operated Crossing' document before jumping to conclusions.

      @pitoren 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +5

      @@ALTNABREAC you said crossing is for authorized users only. You said you are/were an authorized user? But so can other people be.
      The guy on the video was trying to do some sort of work, right? He was hindered by the padlock. He didn't have a key, he maybe didn't know you had a key, or didn't want to approach you. Did you offer to open the padlock/gate for him?
      Like a lot of your videos, this is interesting but not really relevant to your own criminal case, on which I won't comment.

    • @ALTNABREAC
      @ALTNABREAC  4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +5

      @@pitoren Network Rail crossing manager told us everyone that was listed as an authorized user on their database.
      It is very relevant to our criminal case, because it shows the biased actions by NR and the BTP.
      If it were us removing the chains and padlocks in this manner, I'm sure you and the rest of them would have plenty to say and would be calling for an arrest to be made, like I said before, completely biased.
      You seem to have issues with all our videos, it is blatantly obvious you do not believe or support our cause. Feel free to move on.

      @@ALTNABREAC first of all, database's contents change. Trust me. thats what they are for, I earned a decent living managing things like that.
      Secondly, I've no problem at all with your videos. They are entertaining. I look forward to each new one.
      Thirdly, no, I don't support your "cause". I have not said that I did. Lots of people following your channel don't, lots do. Fair enough, it's the nature of social media. I dont believe there even is a "cause": Its just a land dispute. I am not on NRs or EEs or BTPs side either. I hope you all sort it out eventually. I fear you might run out of money before you do, and thats not right at all either. Many have given you decent advice how to proceed, which you prefer to ignore. As is your right.
      I am pretty sympathetic to your annoyance (and more) that the land dispute seems pre-judged by, eg, BTP. That's not right. A civil matter is a civil matter.
      But stupid claims of court bias are ... just an example of a lack of wisdom IMHO. At present, you have terrible legal representation (yourselves!).
      On any and all criminal matters, I simply decline to make any comment.

    I would wager that whoever that was causing criminal damage and reckless endangerment is one of the people responsible for a lot of your harrassment and false allegations. Not to mention one of the instigators of trolling on here and the "troll channel" that keeps posting incomplete and/or innacurate accounts and allegations? I suspect that they want revenge for your law abiding and safety conscious efforts? It would be very hard to prove, but it explains the vindictive attitude of certain people on other channels and the incorrect allegations against you? Was any further action taken by the court against you, or were you discharged/found not guilty? This guy in the video was obviously pissed off the gate was locked and it appears he probably took it out on you both , what an asshole!
