Everyone wants to be blair, but not everyone can be. Blair may not be the most noble and lovable character, but she is iconic for the simple fact that today she has inspired so many female characters, she is beautiful, smart, fights for what she wants, has dreams, goals. We know the things she likes, her favorite places, she is funny, cultured, her outfits are very original and beautiful, she is capricious, vindictive and annoying at times, but she has a heart and helps the people she loves when they need her, as Chuck said "you are always for the people you love even if they don't deserve it." She was a very interesting character, with fears and insecurities, with many mistakes, but who regretted and learned and tried to do things better. I'm not saying let's take Blair as an example, she did a lot of bad things, but overall she is a very well written character and I personally love her because without her gossip girl it would not have been the same, she gave the show a very interesting touch, she was the real protagonist, not Serena.
Can we just appreciate appreciate Leighton's acting for a minute?! Her range is amazing, from drama to her perfect comedy timing, even her facial expressions, she slayed this role I can't imagine another Blair, she's so underrated!
